"Bridging the divide between public needs and institutional delivery has been the continuous thread throughout my professional journey."

Early Encounters

Grassroots & Participatory Governance

My introduction to public sector innovation wasn't entirely from a top-down mandate, but from the ground up. Co-founding and editing WeReform News gave me a lens into how narratives shape civic engagement. This progressed into an internship with MyGov (under MeitY, Govt. of India), where I witnessed the powerful mechanisms of participatory governance in action.

Systemic Oversight

Institutional Evaluation at CAG

Moving towards structural oversight, my time at the Office of the Comptroller & Auditor General of India fundamentally shifted how I view institutions. I engaged with systemic evaluation, analyzing how large bureaucratic apparatuses can be modernized, held accountable, and made more effective for the public they serve.

The Present

Digital Public Infrastructure

Today, as a Research Associate at the Centre for Digital Public Goods at IIM Bangalore, I am actively immersed in the next frontier of governance: Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI). Finding structural solutions to modernize service delivery architectures across India has reinforced my belief that well-designed policy—backed by robust technology—is the strongest lever for societal change.

Anchoring these experiences are my analytical competencies honed through specialized training in the Operational Analysis of Suspicious Transaction Reports and Conflict Analysis & Management. This ensures my approach to policy formulation remains strictly evidence-based and systematic.
